I am a certified Professional Life Coach, a board certified mental health coach for adults to help themselves and their children, and a trauma informed care coach, working with clients and helping them navigate through life's challenges. I have a background in psychology and counseling, which allows me to provide a holistic approach to coaching.

I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and specialized in coordinating assessments to determine and validate diagnoses in mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and learning disabilities. I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and specialized in coordinating assessments to determine and validate diagnoses in mood disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and learning disabilities. My previous experience in criminal justice for twelve and a half years plus almost two decades in teaching college courses has given me a wide array of experience to help others. Those in the field of criminal justice and trying to find their future career path in college can benefit from any additional services I can provide with coaching to promote a better life for themselves. My specialization with neurodevelopmental disorders is not just from my professional experience, but my two children who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. I will be able to provide personal and professional wisdom to assist parents who are raising children with similar diagnoses with empathy and understanding.
My coaching and consulting is biblically based as my coaching certifications are acquired through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). I believe a strong faith in our lord above with the techniques and experience I have acquired will help promote a better life for all.
